- I have been fortunate to enjoy a fantastic career and have worked with and learnt much from many incredibly talented colleagues along the way. Produced campaigns in ad agencies "Clemengers", "McCann Erikson" and "Ogilvy and Mather" for 15 years, managed a brand strategy and design practice "RBM Creative Agenda", skippered a boat "EL Torito" on the Barrier Reef, managed a remote resort, restaurant and bistro in FNQ "The Jardine", looked after sales and marketing for a Gold Coast International Hotel, helped launch a new online accommodation booking website "Asdoo.com". Then BDM for a hospitality chain headquartered in Sydney "McNevins". Now BDM in the Maritime industry and based home in Bisbane. I have had lots of great culinary experiences and adventures along the way and am looking forward to many more!
